Tammy brings a strong commitment to care, empathy, and attention to detail to her work. She previously worked with preschool children, where she found deep fulfillment supporting children with disabilities and their unique strengths.

 

Tammy is inspired to collaborate with Gathering Beans by her autistic granddaughter, whose experiences have strengthened her passion for inclusion, accessibility, and advocacy. Through her involvement, she is dedicated to helping create meaningful support, connection, and belonging for children and families within the community.
